The Cygnus Modular Barrel Vice is the first release in our Cygnus Tooling series — purpose-built for shooters, gunsmiths, and precision rifle enthusiasts who demand a compact and reliable solution for barrel work.

Designed around a lightweight modular platform, the vice features an integrated Arca mounting base for quick setup at the bench, in the shop, or out at the range. Included locating bushes are designed with alignment flats and a face flange to help reduce movement during setup, making barrel installation and removal faster and more consistent.

Built for both hobbyists and professional users, the Modular Barrel Vice is engineered to be versatile, portable, and ready to expand alongside future Cygnus tooling accessories.

Precision machined in Canada from 6061 aluminum and 4140 steel components.
