Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

Cygnus Atratus Arms ships using trusted carriers, including:

  • Canada Post

  • UPS

  • Purolator

Shipping method is selected at checkout or determined at our discretion based on efficiency, reliability, and destination.

 

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package size and weight

  • Destination

  • Selected shipping method

We reserve the right to adjust shipping methods where necessary to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

 

4. Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.

Cygnus Atratus Arms is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carriers

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing (for international shipments)

  • Regulatory or compliance-related delays

 

5. Order Accuracy & Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate and complete at the time of purchase.

Cygnus Atratus Arms is not responsible for:

  • Delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

 

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.

However, we will assist customers in filing claims where appropriate.

  • Lost shipments: Must be reported within 7 days of the expected delivery date

  • Damaged shipments: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photos provided

Cygnus Atratus Arms reserves the right to determine appropriate resolution, including replacement or refund where applicable.

 

7. Signature Requirements

Certain orders may require a signature upon delivery.

Cygnus Atratus Arms reserves the right to require signature confirmation on any shipment to ensure safe delivery.

 

8. International Shipping

International shipping may be available depending on product type and destination.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Ensuring compliance with all local laws and regulations

  • Import permits, duties, taxes, and fees

  • Seized or rejected shipments

  • Delays due to customs or regulatory authorities
