DESIGNED FROM EXPERIENCE
We aren't interested in making another version of what already exists. We want every Cygnus firearm to have a reason for being built the way it is.
Behind every Cygnus design is years of hands-on experience in competitive shooting, gunsmithing and precision manufacturing. We've spent a long time behind firearms, working on them, building them and manufacturing the components that make them work. That combination gives us a perspective that extends from the shooter's experience all the way through to how an individual component is designed and manufactured.
Experience also teaches you where things can be better. We look closely at what works, what doesn't, and what may simply exist because it's always been done that way. If we believe a component can be stronger, more consistent, more functional or better suited to the shooter, we have the capability to explore it.
With design, precision machining, gunsmithing, fitting, assembly and inspection capabilities in-house, we can take an idea from concept through prototype, test it, evaluate it and refine it. That same control allows quality to be verified throughout the process — not simply inspected at the end.
Experience tells us what matters. Skilled manufacturing gives us the ability to do something about it.

Behind every Cygnus firearm is an uncommon combination of competitive shooting, gunsmithing and high-level precision machining experience. Our machinists have spent years producing complex, tight-tolerance components where accuracy and consistency matter. We know firearms from behind the trigger, at the bench and on the machine — and bring that experience to every component we design and manufacture.
CONTROLLED & VERIFIED
Quality control is built into the process — with inspection and verification throughout manufacturing, fitting and assembly, supported by quality management practices aligned with ISO 9001:2015.
PRECISION MANUFACTURED
The majority of every Cygnus firearm is manufactured in-house. That gives us direct control over the details that matter — from dimensions and tolerances to fit, consistency and finish. The few specialized components we source are selected deliberately, and only from manufacturers whose quality meets the standards we set for our own work.
