3. Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund, except where required by law:

Installed, used, or modified products

Firearm components that have been installed or attempted to be installed

Special order, custom order, or pre-order items

Custom builds, machining work, or made-to-spec parts

Gunsmithing services or labour

Deposits (all deposits are non-refundable)

Clearance or discounted items (if applicable)
Due to the nature of precision components and safety considerations, products that have been installed or used cannot be returned.
4. Pre-Orders
All pre-order items are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once placed.
If Cygnus Atratus Arms is unable to fulfill a pre-order within a reasonable timeframe, we may, at our discretion, offer a refund.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must notify us:

Within 48 hours of delivery (for damage or incorrect items)

6. Refunds
